LG TV
Signital runs on LG TVs and LG signage displays that use webOS. The app comes from the LG Content Store and loads the Signital player.
Before you start
- An LG webOS TV or signage display connected to the network.
- A display created in the portal. See Displays.
Install the Signital app
Open the LG Content Store
Press the home button on the remote and open the LG Content Store, or Apps on newer models.
Install Signital
Search for Signital, select the app and press Install.
Open it
Press Launch. The app shows the Signital address briefly, then a 5-character pairing code.
Connect the display
- The TV shows a 5-character pairing code and a QR code.
- In the portal, open the display's page, press Connect and type the code. The fifth character submits it. Or scan the QR code with your phone and tap the display.

Tips for this platform
- Pressing Back on the remote asks for confirmation before closing the app, so an accidental press does not stop playback.
- Turn off the TV's screensaver and any timed power-off unless you use Signital's own Screen schedule.
- Restart, Identify and, on the Business plan, Reboot device all work from the display page. See Manage a device.
Troubleshooting
