Settings

Settings

Everything that applies to the whole workspace rather than to one display or widget lives under Settings in the sidebar. A second rail on the left of the page lists the eight sections in this order.

The Settings area with the sub-navigation rail on the left and the General page open.
Settings opens on General. The rail on the left switches between the eight sections.

Layouts and Custom fonts are listed for every workspace, but on the Standard plan their pages open a lock dialog instead of the editor. See Plan & Billing for what the Business plan adds.

Who can change settings

Every user of a workspace can open Settings and every page in it. Roles do not lock any settings page today; what a role controls is which roles you may give to other people. See Users & roles.
