Settings
Everything that applies to the whole workspace rather than to one display or widget lives under Settings in the sidebar. A second rail on the left of the page lists the eight sections in this order.

The eight sections
| Section | What it holds | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| General | Workspace name and time zone, playback defaults, brand styles, delivery options, the proof-of-play switch | All plans (the switch is Business) |
| Locations | The sites your displays are at, each with an address and a time zone | All plans |
| Layouts | Your own split-screen layouts, built in the Layout Editor | Business |
| Users & roles | Who can sign in to the workspace and with which role | All plans |
| Profile & Security | Your own name, email and password | All plans |
| Plan & Billing | Subscription, payment method, plan changes and invoices | All plans |
| Notifications | Messages about payments, cards, trials and plan changes | All plans |
| Custom fonts | Your own typefaces, uploaded as a zip | Business |
Layouts and Custom fonts are listed for every workspace, but on the Standard plan their pages open a lock dialog instead of the editor. See Plan & Billing for what the Business plan adds.
Who can change settings
Every user of a workspace can open Settings and every page in it. Roles do not lock any settings page today; what a role controls is which roles you may give to other people. See Users & roles.
