Manage a device
Manage device on the display page opens one dialog for everything you can do to the device without standing in front of it: restart the player, make the display flash so you can find it, reboot the operating system, and set a weekly Screen schedule.

Device controls
Each control is a card with its name and an inline status. All of them are disabled while the display is Offline, and the dialog shows an Offline chip beside the heading.
| Control | What it does | Available |
|---|---|---|
| Restart | Restarts the player app on the display. The player reloads and fetches its plan again. The first thing to try when a display is not updating. | Every plan, any online display. |
| Identify | Flashes an overlay on the display so you can tell which one it is in a room full of them. | Players that report the capability. |
| Reboot device | Restarts the device's operating system. Asks you to confirm; the display is offline for a minute or two and comes back with a fresh Uptime. | Business plan, and a device that can do it: Raspberry Pi, Samsung Tizen and LG TV. Not Web browser, Android or BrightSign. |
On the Standard plan Reboot device is shown with a lock and the tooltip Available on the Business plan. Upgrading under Plan & Billing unlocks it straight away.

Inline statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready | Nothing sent yet. |
| Working… | The command is on its way. |
| Restarted, Identifying, Rebooting | The command was delivered. |
| Offline | The display went offline before the command reached it. Wait for Online and try again. |
| Rate limited | The same command was sent too often. Wait a minute. |
| Business only | The control needs the Business plan. |
| Failed | Something else went wrong. Try again, then see Troubleshooting. |

Screen schedule
Below the controls, Screen schedule turns the display dark outside opening hours: the player shows black and pauses playback, but keeps checking in, so the display stays Online and still receives publishes. Business plan only; on the Standard plan the panel reads Available on the Business plan.
- Switch the schedule on. While off, the summary reads Off — always on.
- Pick the days. Each weekday is a button; the summary collapses to Every day, Weekdays or Weekends when it fits.
- Set the on and off times. An off time earlier than the on time runs overnight, for example 18:00 to 02:00.
- Press Save schedule. The button reads Saved once it has gone through, and online displays pick the schedule up at once.
Times are read in the time zone shown under the fields (Times in …): the display's location time zone, or the workspace time zone when the display has no location. See Locations.

The schedule is software only: the panel stays powered and shows black. It works on every platform, including a web browser.
