Media
Media is your library of images and videos. Upload a file here and it is ready to schedule: every upload also creates an Image or Video widget of the same name, which is what you pick in the Add to plan wizard.
The Media page

| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Type | Images or Videos. |
| Search | Filter by name. |
| All / Archived | Archived shows deleted media, each with Restore Media. |
| Tags | Filter by the tags you have given files. |
| Grid view / List view | Thumbnails, or rows. Each thumbnail carries a format chip such as PNG or MP4. |
| Add folder | At the top level, creates a folder. Inside a folder the button is Delete folder instead. |
| Select all media | Select the page for a bulk action. |
| Results per page | 12, 24 or 48. |
An empty library reads Nothing uploaded yet.
Upload
Press Upload a file in the upload area, or drag files onto it (or drag and drop). Several files at once are fine. Inside a folder, uploads land in that folder.

| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Formats | Images .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .png, .gif. Videos .mp4, .webm, .mov. Anything else gives Unsupported file format. |
| Size | 100 MB per file, unless your workspace has a different limit. Over it gives File too large!. |
| PDFs | PDF uploads are not supported here. A PDF is uploaded from the PDF widget, which turns its pages into slides. See the Widget catalog. |
A toast reads Successfully uploaded! when the files are in. Each one is now in the grid and in Widgets as an Image or Video widget of the same name.
Upload portrait images and videos for portrait displays. The Add to plan wizard offers everything either way, and the fit option decides what happens to the shape. See How the media is displayed.
Open a file
Click a thumbnail or row to open Edit Media. Here you can rename the file, edit its notes and tags, Replace the file with another of the same type (a different type gives Wrong file type!), see where it is in use, and Delete it.
Renaming media renames its widget too, so the new name shows in every plan that plays it.

Folders
Folders are one level deep and hold media together with their widgets.
- Add folder at the top level creates one. Folders appear as tiles above the grid; click one to step in.
- Inside a folder, Delete folder removes it. Its files are moved to the top level, not deleted.
- To move files, select them and choose the folder action in the selection toolbar. It offers Move to folder and Create folder....
- The Add to plan wizard shows the same folders as chips when you pick an image or a video.

Select several
Tick the checkbox on a thumbnail, or hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) while clicking, to select files without opening them. The toolbar that appears can manage tags, move the selection to a folder, or delete it. Select all media selects the whole page.
Archive and restore
Delete archives media. It takes effect on displays straight away, without a publish. The file stays under Archived with Restore Media until you restore it, and the widget made from it comes back with it.
