General
The workspace-wide defaults: its name and time zone, what a display shows when nothing is scheduled, the type and colours new widgets inherit, and two network options. Open it at Settings › General.
Saving
Three buttons in the page header act on the whole page, not on one card.

| Discard | Throws away unsaved edits and reloads the values that are stored. |
| Save changes | Saves every card. New displays, channels and widgets pick the values up from now on. Widgets that already exist keep the styles they have. |
| Save and overwrite | The same save, and then pushes each brand style you changed onto the existing widgets that carry that style. Use it when you rebrand and want everything already on your displays to follow. |
The Proof-of-play analytics switch is the exception: it saves on its own the moment you flip it.
Save and overwrite changes widgets you have styled by hand. If a widget has its own text colour and you changed the brand text colour, the widget gets the new brand colour. There is no undo.
Workspace
Identity, locale and formatting for the workspace.

Proof-of-play analytics
Available on the Business plan. On Standard this card is not shown.
One switch, Proof-of-play analytics, with the description Collect playback data from your displays. Turning it on is what makes your displays start logging what they play. Until it is on, the Analytics page shows Analytics is disabled, and nothing is recorded, so there is no data to look back on later for that period.
Playback defaults
Applied to every new display, channel and widget. Changing them does not alter the ones you already have.

Default widgets
Under Default widgets are two cells, one for landscape displays and one for portrait. Each holds the widget a display of that orientation shows when nothing on its plan is due right now: outside every scheduled window, or on a brand-new display with an empty plan.
Pressing a cell opens Set default widget. Pick Image or Video, then pick the media. Only those two widget types can be a default, which is why the card says Image and video widgets only. Remove the widget from a cell and displays of that orientation show nothing when nothing is scheduled.
Collection views
How each list page opens: Grid or Table. One row each for Channels, Displays, Playlists, Media and Widgets. You can still switch views on the page itself; this is only the starting point.
Brand styles
Typography and a palette that every new widget inherits, so a clock, a ticker and a calendar look like they belong together without styling each one.

Palette, seven colours in this order: Text color, Highlight text color, Active text color, Description text color, Background color, Highlight background color, Active background color.
The PREVIEW panel beside the fields paints all seven at once: the background as the stage, text and description colours for the copy, the two highlight and active pairs as pills. It updates as you pick, so you see the combination before it reaches a display.
New widgets inherit these styles. A widget can override any of them in its own Custom styles card; see Widgets. To push a changed brand style onto widgets that already override it, use Save and overwrite.
Delivery
Advanced network options. Most workspaces leave both empty.

| Allow list of IP addresses | Press Add for each address a device may connect from; Remove takes one away. Addresses that are not valid are dropped when you save. |
With the list empty the card reads No addresses added — the portal is reachable from anywhere. and any device can pair. With addresses in it, a device on another network is refused when it tries to connect: the Connect display dialog says The display showing that code is on an IP address this display is not allowed to connect from. and the device stays on its pairing code. Add the device's public address to the list, or clear the list, and try again. See Connect a display.
